A monthly virtual session where our FMXperts help your team get more out of FMX. After a brief intro, you'll join a breakout room for a hands-on look at FMX in action, with zero fluff. Sessions are interactive, so bring your questions and join the conversation.

Sessions run 45 minutes (1:00 – 1:45 PM ET) and are held online. After a short welcome, you'll head into your breakout room.

When you register, you'll choose a 1st and 2nd choice from the month's topics. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference, but placement isn't guaranteed because space in each room is limited. If your first choice is full, we'll place you in your second choice.

Featured topics change each month. You can see this month's lineup on the event page. Past and upcoming topics include areas like Asset Management, Capital Planner, Work Orders/PMs, Schedule Requests, Interactive Mapping, Form Builder, Iris, Facilities Condition Assessments, and Admin Settings.

After you register, you'll receive a confirmation email with joining instructions via Zoom Events. Please note you'll need to use your Zoom account to access the FMX Labs session. We will send you reminder emails ahead of the session.

Anyone who uses FMX, from day-to-day users to admins looking to fine-tune their site. Feel free to bring teammates, and have each person register so we can plan breakout rooms.

Each breakout room is led by one of our FMX moderators, so the number of seats depends on how many moderators we have available. We want every session to stay small and interactive, so everyone gets a chance to ask questions. We're actively expanding the program and growing our moderator team, which means more seats in the months ahead. Thank you for your patience as we grow.

Not at this time. There's typically a lot to cover in a short period of time. Certainly, if you would like to cover any other topics with the FMX team, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Outcome Manager. If you're unsure who that is, feel free to email support@gofmx.com.

Yes. There's a question box on the registration form. Our moderators review submissions before the session so they can come prepared.
